Trinity F.I.T Training
Payment and Session Policy:

 
1. **Monthly Members:**  
    – Payments are due on the specified date each month.
    – A $75 fee will be charged for payments made after the due date.
    – Monthly members can lock in preferred training days as long as payments are made on time.
    – Cancellations require a 24-hour notice; otherwise, the training session for the day will be forfeited.
 
2. **Pay-as-You-Go Members:**  
    – Payments must be made before booking appointments.
    – Appointments cannot be scheduled until payment is received.
    – Flexibility in training days may vary for pay-as-you-go members, as priority is given to monthly members.
    – Cancellations require a 24-hour notice to avoid losing the training session for the day.
 
3. **Group Members:**  
    – Group members must make payments collectively and on time.
    – If one group member is absent, there will be no makeup session provided.
    – Full payment is required for group sessions, regardless of individual circumstances like travel plans or illness.
    – The group rate remains the same, whether it’s 1 client or 3, and it is the group’s responsibility to plan accordingly.
 
4. **Late Policy:**  
    – Any member arriving more than 15 minutes late will forfeit the session, and the missed time will not be rescheduled.
